Formed: (Proposed reorganization in 2007); formerly the SIPES/DPA Model Forms Committee
Charge:
Originally, to work with SIPES in preparing model forms of legal documents for use by independents and consultants, such as consulting agreements and confidentiality agreements.
Proposed expansion: to work with SIPES, AIPG and other certifying organizations on projects of mutual interest; to maintain contacts with our counterparts in these organizations.
Makeup:
At present, two members appointed annually by the President.
