Oil and gas related tax issues in President Obama’s FY2010 budget
Some DPA members have expressed concern over President Obama's proposed FY2010 budget. The language suggests a repeal of a large number of tax incentives available to U.S. oil and natural gas companies, as well as large and small investors in oil and gas, and the institution of new fees on non-producing acreage.
